Built Tough For Reliability & Longevity
Built using NZ Mill Grade Steel and assembled by skilled welders who are AS/NZS ISO9606 certified.
Very few moving parts 4x Trunnion Rollers 1x Thrust Bearing 1x Chain Tensioner. (there is no need to stock a large spare parts inventory)
Hopper has a water jacket 270º around the perimeter of the hopper which wets the material with water jets before entering the trommel.
Hopper has replaceable 10mm steel hopper skins.
Trommel has replaceable 10mm wear bars which to give the trommel longevity.
Adjustable sparge pipe where you can direct the water flow directly to the wash in the trommel.
Catch Tray has steel baffles to eliminate water surges
Catch tray has two water direction paddles where you can equally distribute water flow to the sluice tables.
Sluice tables have a water added boil box for nugget collection before the wash goes over the sluice tables where standard Californian riffles are used over 3m matting. (Hinged Stainless-Steel Hydraulic Riffles are optional)
